The best Mauritius deals from Australia
Ok – Above and Beyond Holidays did it yesterday and noted in their enewsletter the best deals going around in Mauritius at the moment.
As usual the Above and Beyond Holidays Hot Deals page is packed with all kinds of great offers to Mauritius, and combination package deals to the Indian Ocean, including deals combining Mauritius with South Africa, Kenya, Madagascar or the Seychelles.
But back to Mauritius for a minute – their enewsletter yesterday listed the Le Meridien Mauritius, The Hilton Resort and Spa, Maradiva Resort and Villas, Belle Mare Plage, Le Prince Maurice, and the LUX Grand Gaube as having the best deals on the island !
So – what is their to like about these resorts ? We asked Above and Beyond Holidays holiday consultants Matt, Jon and Sinead, why, apart from current price deals, they chose these three as the best deals on the island.
Le Meridien Ile Maurice | Always a great value property, the Le Meridien continues to lead the way with great special offers at their Pointe Aux Piment property. With a long strecth of white sand beach, a huge choice of restaurants and the Nirvana Wing – an adults only wing of the resort with its own pool and bar – the Le Meridien is a great choice close to Port Louis, not too far from Grand Baie and with in reach for a day tour to Casela to walk with the lions.
The Hilton Resort and Spa | Located on the stunning west coast beach strip of Flic en Flac, this five star Hilton resort is offering unprecedented deals on their lead in Deluxe Room. The resort, facing west enjoys stunning sunsets and has a fantastic array of facilities for long and short stays alike. Ideal for a honeymoon or romantic getaway.
Maradiva Villas Resort and Spa | Mauritius’ only all villa resort, the Maradiva is the epitome of luxury. All rooms are private villa’s with private pools and butler service. The resort, located in Flic en Flac is perfect for romantic sun downer drinks as the sunsets on the beach, or relaxing and getting away from everyone in the private facilities of your villa. Current specials are excellent – a great choice for couples and honeymooners.
Belle Mare Plage | The Belle Mare Plage resort is located on in Belle Mare on the east coast. Home to one of Mauritius’ finest stretches of white sand beach, the Belle Mare Plage is a signature Mauritian resort offering one of the islands most extensive arrays of dining, leisure and water sport facilities. The resort boasts 8 unique restaurants as well 7 different bars. There are 4 pools to spread out in and 2 championship golf courses to test your game on. The only Shiseido Spa on the island is complimented by the highly refined Le Spa De Constance and if you are still energetic there is a fitness centre & boutiques to shop in ! For the kiddies there is an amazing kids club program that will keep them occupied all day or only for a few hours.
Le Prince Maurice | Le Prince Maurice, considered Mauritius leading signature resort is a haven of highly refined service and dining located on a private lagoon on the stunning east coast. A Constance property, Le Prince Maurice guests have full access to the Belle Mare Plage facilities, including the resorts shared golf courses listed above. A private more intimate experience, Le Prince Maurice has amazing value specials out now ! The resort is shutting for refurbishment from 01 July – 31 August 2012 so be quick !!
